In a series of bewildering yet entertaining events, the notorious Flat Earth Justice Brigade (FEJB), led by the ever-determined Josh Gibbs, has been spotted scouting various locations across the United States in their relentless quest to expose the “round earth conspiracy.”
Their first stop was the Sphere at The Venetian in Las Vegas. This colossal structure, standing at over 360 feet tall, is the world’s largest spherical building and a marvel of modern engineering[1]. The FEJB members were seen circling the Sphere, armed with measuring tapes and compasses, convinced that this architectural wonder was a blatant attempt to brainwash the public into believing in a round earth. “It’s just too round to be true,” exclaimed Gibbs, shaking his head in disbelief.
Next, the brigade made their way to Globe Manufacturing in Ada, Oklahoma. The group’s excitement was palpable as they approached the facility, only to be met with a harsh reality check. Globe Manufacturing, as it turns out, produces firefighter safety equipment, not globes[2]. “This is clearly a cover-up,” declared Gibbs. “Why else would they name it Globe Manufacturing if not to deceive us?”
Undeterred by their previous misadventures, the FEJB’s final destination was Cawker City, Kansas, home to the world’s largest ball of twine[3]. Measuring over 10 feet tall and weighing nearly 20,000 pounds, this massive ball of twine has been a beloved roadside attraction for decades. The brigade members were seen scrutinizing the ball, convinced that it was yet another attempt to promote the round earth agenda. “It’s just a giant ball of lies,” muttered one member as they added their own piece of flat twine to the monstrosity.
Despite their best efforts, the Flat Earth Justice Brigade’s quest to uncover monuments to the round earth has been met with confusion and hilarity. As they continue their journey, one can only wonder what other round objects will fall under their suspicious gaze. Until then, the rest of us can enjoy the spectacle and perhaps even join in the fun by adding a piece of twine to the ever-growing ball in Cawker City.
